This may just be a brilliant way to cut up a whole watermelon with less mess and this guy makes it look so easy. The only thing that I would do differently is to use a bowl or a container that is non-plastic. Unless you’re like me, go ahead and eat it all in one sitting!


Eating watermelon during the summer months is perfect!  It’s juicy, sweet, and refreshing, but also contains amazing health benefits.  It’s made of 92% water and full of electrolytes. (1) In addition, according to the National Watermelon Promotion Board, watermelon contains more lycopene than any other fruits and vegetables. Lycopene is what gives the fruit its redness color. (2)
